  • Why can’t I instantly book on the website?
    • Our job is to find you the perfect upscale villa and then to ensure that your stay there exceeds your expectations. Sometimes it might look perfect for you, but we go into a thorough process to make sure it’s the right fit for you and your group!
    • We also have strict requirements for every primary reservation guest. We want to be assured before booking you can meet those requirements to stay in our homes.
  • Why should I book with you verses other vacation rentals?
    • Often times when you book a vacation rental, owners/hosts will be hands off. If any issues occur throughout your stay, there will be no one there to contact or help!
    • At Holiday Rental, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service, not just when you check-in but throughout your stay.
      • Your first call or message is responded to in a timely matter, any questions you have are answered and we make sure the home you’re staying in is the perfect fit for you.
      • Before and upon check-in you have a direct point of contact to assist you with anything you may need throughout your stay, give you a tour of the home, show you how everything operates and provide to you our full vendor list
      • Our vendor list only consists of highly recommended services.
      • Finally, our vacation rentals provide a unique, luxury experience compared to none!
  • What does the check-in and check-out process look like?
    • Check-in
      • Check-in time is 4pm unless discussed otherwise.
      • House code access, wi-fi access, and address will be provided before your arrival.
      • The guest who booked the rental must be present at arrival with ID and credit card used for payment to confirm identification.
      • A guest service manager will be there upon arrival to greet you, give you a full tour of the home and show you how to operate all amenities. They will as well, answer any questions you may have and be your point of contact throughout your stay.
      • Short video of rules and regulations will be viewed.
      • Finally, you are ready to enjoy your stay!
    • Check-out
      • Check-out time is 11am unless discussed otherwise.
      • Please pick-up excessive trash to avoid additional cleaning fees.
      • Please close and lock all windows and doors.
      • We will take care of the rest.
  • Can I host a wedding, event, or party at any of your homes?
    • We do NOT allow events or parties at any of our homes.
      • Event violations will result in termination of your vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid and additional charges.
  • Can I still book if I’m younger than 33 years old?
    • We do have an age requirement of 33 years old. However, if you are below the age of 33, you may still inquire about our rentals.
    • If we make an exception, you may be subject to a refundable security deposit due to you not meeting the age requirement.
  • What is included in my stay?
    • Once a booking is fully complete a guest service manager will reach out to you and assist you with any questions or requests you may have throughout your stay.
    • You will be provided with our full vendor list that includes private chefs, massage services, concierge services + more for hire.
    • Amenities are unique to each property. Please review the list on the specific home.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Reservation payments are non-refundable.
    • Guests that cancel a reservation prior to 30 days before check in, will be released from their remaining balance due.
    • If a Guest fails to pay the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
  • What happens if I or someone in my group gets Covid and I have to cancel our booking?
    • As of now, we still follow our current cancellation policy listed above.
  • What happens if my state/country goes into lockdown regarding Covid and I have to cancel my booking?
    • As of now, we still follow our current cancellation policy listed above.
  • Where can I see rates and availability for a certain rental property on your website?
    • Select the property you are requesting.
    • Input your dates.
    • If your requested dates are available, it will populate your rate including taxes and fees.
    • If the requested dates are blocked, the site will notify you to contact us or change your availability.
  • How do I see a layout of the home and where particular bedrooms are located?
    • We are currently working on getting layouts for our homes, but for now, feel free to give us a call and we can answer any questions you may have regarding the homes.
  • How do I see the specific location/cross streets of the rental of interest?
    • Select the property you are interested in. Scroll down to location. If you click on the Google Map it will give you a general location of the home. If looking for more specific details on location, give us a call and we can give you the major cross roads of any home.
    • We do not provide the full address of any home until we have a confirmed booking to protect the privacy and security of our guests.
  • How do I get a private chef/massage therapist for our reservation?
    • Once a booking is fully confirmed, one of our lovely guest service managers will be in touch with you to provide our full vendor list. This includes private chefs, massage therapists, and more recommended services available for hire.
  • Can the pool be heated to a temperature higher than 84 degrees? If so, at what cost?
    • Yes, additional fee varies.
  • What is included in your concierge services?
    • Concierge service pricing vary by services rendered. This is an additional service for purchase made after your booking is confirmed.
    • Some options that are available:
      • Premium car rentals and luxury ground transportation
      • Grocery/alcohol shopping, delivery and stocking
      • Golf course recommendations, tee times & golf club shipment
      • Restaurant & fine dining recommendations & reservations
      • Full and ½ day sightseeing trips & activities

      • Special occasion floral arrangements, cakes & decorating
      • Private aircraft charters
