Why should I book with Holiday Rental versus other vacation rentals?

At Holiday Rental, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service not just when you check in, but throughout your entire stay. Unlike many vacation rentals where owners are hands-off, we respond to your first call or message in a timely manner, answer all your questions, and make sure the home is the perfect fit. Before and upon check-in, you have a direct point of contact who will assist you with anything, give you a tour of the home, show you how everything operates, and provide our full vendor list of highly recommended services. Our vacation rentals provide a unique, luxury experience compared to none.

What does the check-in process look like?

Check-in time is 4pm unless discussed otherwise. House code access, Wi-Fi access, and the address will be provided before your arrival. The guest who booked the rental must be present at arrival with ID and the credit card used for payment to confirm identification. A guest service manager will be there upon arrival to greet you, give you a full tour of the home, show you how to operate all amenities, and answer any questions. A short video of rules and regulations will be viewed. After that, you are ready to enjoy your stay!

What does the check-out process look like?

Check-out time is 11am unless discussed otherwise. Please pick up excessive trash to avoid additional cleaning fees, and close and lock all windows and doors. We will take care of the rest.

Can I host a wedding, event, or party at any of your homes?

We do NOT allow events or parties at any of our homes. Event violations will result in termination of your vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid, and additional charges.

Can I book if I'm younger than 33 years old?

We have an age requirement of 33 years old. However, if you are below the age of 33, you may still inquire about our rentals. If we make an exception, you may be subject to a refundable security deposit due to not meeting the age requirement.

What is included in my stay?

Once a booking is fully complete, a guest service manager will reach out to assist you with any questions or requests throughout your stay. You will be provided with our full vendor list that includes private chefs, massage services, concierge services, and more for hire. Amenities are unique to each property — please review the full list on the specific home's page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation payments are non-refundable. Guests that cancel a reservation prior to 30 days before check-in will be released from their remaining balance due. If a guest fails to pay the balance by the due date, Holiday Rental reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

What happens if I or someone in my group gets COVID and I have to cancel my booking?

We follow our current cancellation policy in all cases. Reservation payments are non-refundable. Guests that cancel prior to 30 days before check-in will be released from their remaining balance due.

What happens if my state or country goes into lockdown regarding COVID and I have to cancel my booking?

Where can I see rates and availability for a rental property on your website?

Select the property you are interested in and input your desired dates. If your requested dates are available, the site will display your rate including taxes and fees. If the requested dates are blocked, the site will notify you to contact us or change your availability.

How do I see a layout of the home and where particular bedrooms are located?

We are currently working on getting full layouts for our homes. In the meantime, please give us a call at (800) 530-3660 and we can answer any questions you may have regarding the home's layout and bedroom locations.

How do I find the specific location or cross streets of a rental property?

Select the property you are interested in and scroll down to the Location section. Clicking on the Google Map will show a general location of the home. For more specific cross street details, give us a call. We do not provide the full address of any home until we have a confirmed booking, in order to protect the privacy and security of our guests.

How do I arrange a private chef or massage therapist for my reservation?

Once your booking is fully confirmed, one of our guest service managers will be in touch to provide our full vendor list, which includes private chefs, massage therapists, and more recommended services available for hire.

Can the pool be heated to a temperature higher than 84 degrees? If so, at what cost?

Yes, the pool can be heated above 84 degrees. An additional fee applies and varies by property. Please contact us at (800) 530-3660 for specific pricing.

What is included in your concierge services?

Concierge service pricing varies by services rendered and is an additional service available for purchase after your booking is confirmed. Available options include: premium car rentals and luxury ground transportation; grocery and alcohol shopping, delivery, and stocking; golf course recommendations, tee times, and golf club shipment; restaurant and fine dining recommendations and reservations; full and half-day sightseeing trips and activities; vacation photography services; special occasion floral arrangements, cakes, and decorating; and private aircraft charters.

Great house for large family and friends get together.

Plenty of room for a large family and friends party. Pool was warm enough to swim in in December as we added pool heat option, pool table, basket ball etc was great. Much better to have everyone in one house then in separate hotel rooms.

Backyard is HUGE! Perfect house for a weekend with friends. The pictures don't do the house justice. Definitely recommend for any large group or family looking for a resort style property. No reason to leave.
