The time has finally come. Let’s make plans for your vacation. We look forward to making your stay spectacular!

 

Get Ready For Your Stay

 

  • Planning for check-in
    • Check-in time is scheduled for 4 pm
    • Exact check-in time will be arranged 1-2 days prior to your arrival
    • If you are flying into the Phoenix airport (PHX), please give yourself at least 45 minutes to deplane, get your bags and drive to the home. If you are renting a car, please add 45 min to 1 hour onto your estimated arrival time.
  • We will be calling you a couple times leading up to your stay to recommend additional amenities, activities, events, restaurants, etc.
  • Additional Amenities
    • Pool Heat – $150-$500 per day depending on the pool size
      • Must be applied to the entire length of your stay
      • Most homes only have one heater for the pool and the spa
        • When heating the pool, the spa will not be heating
        • When heating the spa, the pool will not be heating
    • Rollaway Bed – $150/bed for entire stay
    • Early Check In – 50% of the nightly rate for up to 4 hours early and only when available
    • Late Check Out – 50% of the nightly rate for up to 4 hours late and only when available
    • Additional Reservation Guest
      • $150 per night per guest above the home’s standard occupancy limit if paid in advance
      • $250 per night per guest above the home’s standard occupancy limit if not paid in advance
    • Additional housekeeping – $35/hour
    • Pet Fee
      • $250 per pet with prior approval
      • $500 per pet and possible removal if not approved in writing in advance
    • Concierge Services – vary based on tasks
    • Chef services – vary based on the chef of your choice
    • In-Home Massage – vary on message type and time

Enjoy Your Vacation Rental

 

Check In

  • Check in time is at 4 pm unless an early check in is available, has been paid for and confirmed in writing
  • A Guest Services Manager will meet you at the home at your scheduled check in time
  • Keep us updated on your arrival time.
  • Please arrive at the time of your scheduled check in time.
    • We cannot let you in the home before your scheduled check-in time
    • If you are late for check-in, we may have to reschedule for a later time
  • The reservation guest must be present at the time of check in
  • The reservation guest must bring their ID and the credit card on file with them at check in

In House Guests

  • Enjoy your stay
  • Let us know immediately if you are having any challenges at the home
  • House Rules
    • Complying with these House Rules at the Vacation Rental Property is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the House Rules may result in additional fees and/or eviction.
    • We do NOT allow events or parties at any of our homes
      • Event violations will result in termination of your vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid and additional charges
    • We have strict occupancy limits at each home.
      • We use occupancy monitoring technology to notify us of occupancy violations
      • Occupancy violations will result in termination of your vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid and additional charges
    • We have strict noise restrictions at each home
      • Excessive noise is prohibited at all times
      • Guests must keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb neighbors
      • Quite hours are from 9pm to 8am
      • We use noise monitoring technology to notify us of noise violations
      • Noise violations may result in termination of your vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid and additional charges
    • Maintenance issue
      • Report any maintenance issues to us immediately so we can get them resolved
    • Guest Damage
      • Notify us of any damage to limit future losses
      • We use occupancy sensors to ensure limits are not exceeded.
    • Vendors hired by Guest must contact us prior to arriving on property
      • We must first verify that all vendors coming to the home are licensed, bonded and insured
      • This includes chefs, catering, message therapists, etc
    • Guests are never permitted to move the furniture in the home or move additional furniture onto property
      • Guest will be charge to have the furniture moved back and for any damaged caused in the moving of the furniture
    • Guests are never permitted to modify the Audio / Video system
      • Guest will be charged at least $250 to repair AV systems
    • No Smoking inside the home or near an entrance or open window
  • House Operation
    • Each home has an iPad in the home that features videos to help you know how to use the home, area guides and local recommendations

Check Out

We hope that you’ve had a wonderful stay!

  • Check out time is 11 am unless a late check out is available, has been paid for and confirmed in writing
  • Please pick up excessive trash to avoid additional cleaning fees
  • Please close and lock all windows and doors

Our cleaning staff will arrive at the property at 11 am to take care of the rest
